Our History
Lane County Feeders, Inc. is has grown from a 12,000 head commercial cattle feeding operation in 1972, to a 42,000 head highly sophisticated feeding operation located on the high plains of western Kansas.
Located 8 miles north and 1 mile west of Dighton, KS, on US Highway 23, LCF is ideally situated within 75 miles of three major beef processing plants and an environmentally friendly cattle feeding region.
Incorporated in 1972, LCF is one of only a few feed yards which aggressively utilizes emerging technology, Total Quality Management and a team of professionals with multiple areas of expertise.
We understand and appreciate the value of your trust, relationships, and the need to clearly understand each customer’s goals, needs and financial objectives.
